Do's:

  • Do contact us if one, or more, of your URLs, is not working properly or is not working at all.

  • Make sure to leave a 5-minute window after creating a URL and test it afterward to make sure it works correctly.

  • Do make sure to terminate the connection between PayPal and Pixelfy once your subscription has ended. This is to avoid any errors that might occur such as a "ghost" charge or double charge.

  • Do purchase your domain from your domain registrar before using the Custom Domains tool.

  • When contacting our Support Team, do have only one conversation open with us. This way we can quickly address all of your concerns in one place.

  • If you encounter an error while using Pixelfy. Make sure to take screenshots as evidence and present it to our Support Team so we can quickly address your issue.

  • Provide as many details as possible when contacting our Support Team to answer your query properly.

  • Make sure to read our Help Center for all kinds of tutorials and tips for using Pixelfy.
